Mabon years

Mabon is the time of the second harvest and the mysteries. The symbols of Mabon are wine, pine cones, acorns, apples, pomegranates, ivy and dried seeds. Herbs of Mabon include acorns and passion-flower. Some of the food associated with Mabon are breads and carrots. The incense used tends to be of Autumn blend. Colours tend to be red, orange, russet, maroon, brown, and gold. The stones are sapphire, lapis lazuli and yellow agate. Some activities of this time is making wine, gathering dried herbs, plants, seeds etc and scattering offerings to the harvest fields.
