Chapel of ant and bee

Ants are a symbol of patience, planning, energy, communal living, storing for the future, group mindedness, perseverance, step by step, teamwork, industriousness, order and discipline. They are associated with Wang-ta Hsien, Demeter and Ceres. The bee is a symbol of understanding the female warrior energy, reincarnation, communication with the dead, helping earth-bound spirits move on to the next level, concentration, prosperity, community, celebration, organisation, fertility and the honey of life, sweetness of truth. Bees have a connection to Diana. Some superstitious associated with bees are, in New England, it was felt that it was important for the bees to be told of the death of a family member, with the belief that the bees would spread the news. Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs used the honey bee as its royal symbol from 3000 B.C.E to 3500 B.C.E and the Greeks believed that a baby whose lips had been touched be a bee would be a great poet or speaker.
